There’s little doubt that real estate is an important vehicle in building wealth and financial security. Buying a home for the first time is an exciting process. For some, it’s a bit of a stretch to save for that down payment. I help buyers understand the options available to them and clarify misconceptions about how much money is necessary. I research programs that meet client’s current financial situation.
